Revit 2013 Cobie Toolkit help

Hi i have managed install toolkit but cant get it to work can any one help me here please?

I have follow the doc file how to install it but no joy

CANT GET THIS ---"After installing the tool, a tab named COBie will be added to the Revit Menu. The COBie Panel provides the tools needed to generate a COBie file from Autodesk Revit."

all i get is this missing this missing and so on

Can any one help me please.

Did you import the COBie schedules and share parameters? The add-in is looking for it and basically saying it can't find what to look for.
