    Class Description: There have been many sessions dealing with CAD management and leadership, but this session will look at how to use management and leadership skills in implementing change and boosting productivity. It will review styles of management and leadership and how to utilize these styles with both management and designers. It will explore change management and how to mitigate unnecessary issues, and it will discuss the importance of communication and documentation regardless of your management and leadership style. The goal of this session will be in using your skills to implement a significant change throughout the organization and boost productivity without causing issues associated with change.
