Default CM118-2: CAD Management Trends (The Survey Says)

    Instructor: Robert Green

Class Description: Have you ever wondered how much other CAD managers were paid, or how many users they support, or how many CAD packages their companies use? Do you ever wish you could understand future trends in the CAD management market to plan your career? In this course you’ll find these answers and more. Co-presenters Robert Green and Nigel Davies will share the results of their CAD manager surveys for the U.S. and Europe and draw conclusions based on their industry experience. Topics covered will include: salary data, support loads and software usage, 3D implementation rates, training budgets, standards management, production pressure, and the most common CAD management problems experienced by others. At the end of the class, a fast paced “shot clock” style discussion session will be conducted to allow for audience questions and input. If you want to know where the CAD management market is headed and get some solid advice on how to plan your career accordingly for it, this class is for you.
