Instructor: David Spehar with Sean Benson

Class Description: So you’ve required your A/E team to deliver your project in BIM? Now what? This course will discuss ways to establish realistic BIM expectations with your consultants so no one is disappointed at project closeout. We’ll give an overview on how to make sure your consultants prepare Revit models correctly for integration with Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) platforms. We’ll explore the interface between Revit and Archibus® including how to link databases and generate reports. Finally, we’ll explore some tips and techniques for creating shared parameters and other customizations to check data output along the way.
