Default FM318-1: Get Your Autodesk® Revit® Model Ready for FM

Instructor: David Spehar with Sean Benson

Class Description: Learn how to prepare your Revit models for future integration with Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) platforms. We’ll explore the interface between Revit and Archibus® and how Architects/Engineers can enable a smooth transition to CAFM while staying within the boundaries of traditional contracted services. For those of you working with slients using other CAFM platforms or just requiring BIM, we’ll discuss ways to establish realistic BIM expectations so no one is disappointed at project closeout. Finally, we’ll explore techniques for using Revit during Construction Administration to maintain accurate models.
