Question Revit Schedules look one way on screen, different in print

I'm working with a consultant firm and using their standard note and titleblock templates - they make their sheet general notes via a schedule format (as well as a lot of code information). The schedule columns and rows are all laid out nicely on the sheets, and everything fits w/ no overlapping. However, when printing to PDF (both straight from revit and through Clarity), some of the schedules overlap (where they weren't doing so on screen). I have run this one by our office BIM manager, but he's never seen it before. Any thoughts, help?

    Welcome to the forums.

    • Are the consultant files from Revit or Acad?
    • Check the 'width factor' of the text styles used in the schedules. I've found that if it is set to anything other than 1 spacing may be affected when printing.
