    Post Hello & Some Help

    Hi Guys,

Just joined the forums and have to say they are great. Been using Revit for awhile now and have learned a lot from previous post on here.

Was wondering if one of you guys could help. Im doing a detail in drafting view, all my detail components are set up to tag by category with type comments.

The one thing I cannot get to tag is the batt insulation within revit, is it possible to do so.

I should note that im using Revit Lt.

Welcome to the forums, and congrats on your first post!

I don't know for sure if it will make any difference to the answer, but, I went ahead and moved your post to the Revit LT forum just in case.

    Cheers!

Hi there, welcome to the Forum.

I was reading something unrelated yesterday about tags, and I think it mentioned you can't tag insulation batting lines. I'm trying to track it down for you now.

The OOTB batt insulation lines are "lines", not detail components, so they cannot be tagged.
