    Default xref path lost?

Wasn't sure where to post this, sorry.
    AutoCAD 2015 MEP
I have a set of drawings with an xreffed seal, (image that won't bind).
the files are all copied to another folder, (Issued for XXX).
Now when you open a drawing from the new folder the xref path is:
    ..\..\Photos\Rick's Seal1Leftbind.pdf & says "status not found"
    Any ideas?
    Thanks

The Xref path you show is a relative path. You repath the image references to the original folder, copy the image folder and place it in the same relative location to the new folder, or (easiest) copy the images to the Issued for XXX folder. The folder that the drawing is in is always part of the search path.
