Default Casing (Trims) in cased openings dont show.

I have cased openings that seem to appear correctly with the trims showing in my 3d views. However, when I go to my interior elevation view, the trims or casing does not show. I just see the opening. I checked my visibility graphics to see if the openings had been turn off but I dont see what needs to be turned on to have those trims show up in the interior elevation view. Any ideas?

Hi Bluefairy, verify the detail level of your elevation view. It might be that the casing visibility in the family was set to only show at a fine level of detail.

Right. I just discovered that the view detail level can be set to course, medium , or fine. If set to course, some objects like the casings dont show up.

Also check the V/G in the family to see if the casing is set to show in all the detail levels and/or view directions.
