    Question Generating report of cut fil using quantity takeoff

    Hi,
    I traing make a report of cut and fill volumes using quantity takeoff metod but vhen I select the metod and traing to show sufaces I can show only egzisting surface, and the vulumes is 0 all, I want colculate volumes with egsisting gruond and my coridor, what I doing wrong, I Have 2 surfaces egcisting ant coridor

    You need to create a corridor datum surface and boundary, then create corridor sample lines and sections. Then you can use the quantity takeoff command in the sections menu.
    I recommend that you do the tutorials for "Viewing and Rendering a Corridor", "Creating Cross Sections on an Alignment", and "Quantity Takeoff from Corridor Models".
    The tutorials can be found in the 'Help > Civil 3D Tutorials' menu. They don't take very long and should help you more than I could by trying to explain it in this post.
    To get what you want you can skip "Rendering Corridors" in the "Viewing and Rendering a Corridor" tutorial.
