Default CV118-5: Telling the Floodplain Truth With AutoCAD Civil 3D

    Instructor: James Wedding

Class Description: This class will look at using AutoCAD Civil 3D to review, analyze, and manage floodplain information. On the front end, we'll use GIS data to understand existing ground and flood conditions. Then we'll use the HEC-RAS Extension to export data for analysis and return the information back to AutoCAD Civil 3D for creating floodplains, water surface profiles, and other exhibits intended for use in floodplain management.
