Make Specialty Equipment Cuttable

Summary: A toilet partition family should typically be categorized as Specialty Equipment however, this category can not be cut in sections or interior elevations so the family covers up the toilet, grab bar etc. in these views.
Allowing the specialty equipment category to be cuttable seems like a simple fix that would allow users to correctly categorize specialty equipment families.

I agree, it would be nice if we could toggle families between cuttable and not.

Escalators are another one. I don't want to make a custom family (and shouldn't have to since most escalator companies now make their own that are packed with formulas etc.), yet if the family is categorized correctly it will not cut in plan. Ideally they would look like stairs.
