    Default Beam elevation tag

I am trying to create a tag that displays a beam's elevation. At first glance this is simple, use the Z offset parameter or the spot elevation in Beam Annotations. Both of those give the elevation correctly. The engineer that I work for wants a format with the positive or negative outside of the parenthesis. +(12'-0") or -(1'-6"). I can place the elevation inside of the parenthesis but unable to separate the + or - from the syntax.

Below is the desired format, currently using text.

    Thank you, Rick
