    Default Vault 2015 R2 upgrade. SQL 2008 R2 SP2 or SQL 2012?

    Question is in the Title.

What are you guys using with your 2015 R2 Vault installations? have you stuck with SQL 2008 or went with SQL 2012?

    Any issues or problems encountered?

    Thanks in advance

    Default Re: Vault 2015 R2 upgrade. SQL 2008 R2 SP2 or SQL 2012?

There are some questions that need to be answered before you decide. Is this a multi site install with replication either with ADMS or AVFS? How many users are accessing the information and from where? SQL express limits Memory, processor and Relational DB size, so depending on the users and where they are located this could be an issue.
