I haven't yet. What are your initial thoughts on it?

I think it's a great tool. No more having two programs (Civil 3D and InRoads/GEOPack). With DOT's using Bentley products (for the most part, although some have already switched to Civil 3D) this makes for a much needed conversion; and there's no cost to it.
I know this hasn't been brought up for a long time, but I need this, and I can't find it. I logged into my subscription page, but I can't find it in the add-on apps section? I'm stuck in 2011 version because we're not importing InRoads, and we really need to move past 2014, which hit our 4 versions limit.
are you referring to subscription extension manager lets you convert inroads or geopak to landxml. If so here are my thoughts I was a little disappointed after installing 2016 and uninstalling 2015 that 2016 didn't support subscription extension manager and I had to reinstall 2015 fast. I then had a problem with Autodesk 360 not signing me out so every time I tried to save it tried saving the dwg to the cloud which crashed my computer and changed the file extension name. after working out all these bugs the conversion seems to work fine. you have to internet access and be signed into autodesk 360 to use.
I agree, unfortunately this is what I am stuck with.
