Writing and Insulation etc not showing when open drawing in Autocad MEP 2013

Please see attached photo 1. the drawing opened on another users laptop correctly with insulation and writing showing up correct. The second photo shows mine where no insulation shows and the text goes to micro size. It has be wrecking my brain and i cannot figure out how to fix it. Please help

The resolution on the screen captures is too low to see things clearly. Are you certain this is AMEP 2013? The Autodesk logo is in the "origami" style, which came out with the 2014 release, and the darkness of the interface suggests 2015. Be that as it may, it appears that the drawing scale is set to 1:1 in both (although that is not 100% clear). I cannot make out the file names, but it appears that the same drawings are open on both machines, but different drawings are current. (It could be the same drawing, since I cannot clearly read the names.) The only difference I can see clearly is that the first image shows the Display Configuration control and the Cut Plane tool, while the second image does not. Is the same Profile being used on both machines? Could the second machine be running an "As AutoCAD" profile, while still having the MEP.cuix set as the main CUIX file?

If it is in fact the same drawing file on both machines, and the same profile is current on both, then clearer screen shots may help in the determination of what is causing the difference.
