Block Editor 3D support

Summary: Full support to edit and manipulate 3D dynamic block

Description: While you can add 3D objects to dynamic blocks there are a lot of things that you can't control. I would like to be able to stretch 3D objects dynamically as well as change your view while manipulating 3D objects in the block editor.

There needs to be lots of improvements to bedit, especially when inside a reference drawing. The layer manager displays layers used throughout he reference drawing and needs to display only layer pertinent to that block. Layers can also not be purged using the bedit.
