Default Mleader text line spacing to honour TSPACEFAC value

Summary: Mleader mtext line spacing to be use TSPACEFAC value when creating new leaders

Description: New text & Mtext line spacing is set by the TSPACEFAC variable.
At the moment, each mtext entry in a Mleader item has it's line spacing set to 1, despite the value set in TSPACEFAC.
It would make sense for mleader text to follow this variable.

    Agreed.

It would seam that while the MLEADER object definition tables contain data for "line space factor", the MLEADERSTYLE tables don't bother to store this data even when created from an object that has it defined. MLEADER should default to follow TSPACEFAC unless TSPACEFAC override is defined in MLEADERSTYLE. This is the same basic idea that has been applied to text height except that text height uses prompt for input as default where we have TSPACEFAC to handle the default condition.

If we already invented the wheel for the car, why not put the wheel on the truck too? Common sense I would think.
