Sheet set not picking up all the drawings

Hello,

I am using AutoCAD Map 3D 2014, but I believe this is a general AutoCAD query. I am trying to set up a sheet set but not all of the drawings are showing when I load in the folder. Is there something in the drawing stopping them from being shown or is it to do with the sheet set manager?

This has been tormenting me recently.

I'm not an expert by any means, but how are you "loading" the drawings into SSM?
Have you tried to "Import Layout as New Sheet"?

There are probably other ways of doing this but this is how I bring in drawings/layouts.
