Detail Components: Most Recently Used Types

Revit 2015,

I'm trying to understand how the most recently used types menu works. In my case, the only once showing up are the steal and wood studs. Ive been using GWB and other types, but they never appear in the MRUT area. Why? Is there any way to change how this all works and what it picks up?
