Interference Check for Annotations
Summary: Fairly Self Explanatory, I wish there was a way to highlight and easily fix annotations that are on top of each other. Interference check will let you see this for modeled components so there should be no reason that its not possible for annotations.
Description: This feature would highlight instances where tags are placed on top of other tags, text, keynotes etc. It would make it easier to find and correct these instances.
