Missing custom render settings

Does anyone know why/how the custom settings for rendering have disappeared?? See attached image. I can't change the number or reflections, refractions, indirect illumination, etc... What happened to those options??!?

The settings look like this in 2013...

In the settings under the render dialog box you need first to click on edit. This takes you to custom view specific and can change what you want. It might be in the setting in your picture under custom. Click and see, but I know it is when you type rr and change it there.
