    Default Hatch Patterns or Filled Regions

    I am trying to do a simple filled region representing some custom CMU block pattern. Even tho this should be pretty simple, I can not for the life of me get the 4" offset lines shown in Red into the pattern.

    I would love any help from a .pat pro!!!
