Create a new shared parameter ( ph # ) as a text type.

Open your titleblock family and place a label, then assign the new shared parameter ( ph # ) to that label.

Close and save the titleblock family.

    Open a project.

Select Settings, Project Parameters and add the shared parameter to the project, assigning it the category " Project Information"

Load the new titlesheet ( with the new label ) into the project.

Open Settings, Project Information and you will now have a field - ph #, where you can add this .

    Hey there,

If you don't want to hassle making a new titleblock, simply type the phone number on one sheet while in Drafting View. Then, copy the number to the clipboard and go to all the other sheets using Edit>Paste Aligned>Current View.

Sometimes I get carried away with parameters and trying to make "something for everything". Individual solutions per project are still O.K.

    Just an idea
    Steve

I do use Beegee's approach for sheet instance parameters which I use on every project, like "Preliminary Drawing - Not for Construction" and my seal etc.

Actually a drafting view can only be place on one sheet.

However a legen view can be placed on many sheets. So use a legend view.

    Hey there,

Sorry for the confusion. I did not mean a drafting view. What I was trying to say was to simply add a text note to the titlesheet while in drafting mode. Then copy and paste align to all of the other sheets one by one.
Text notes can be copied sheet to sheet.

    Sorry again
    Steve

I would add that if the information is to be the same on each sheet. Either use a legend view or group the information before pasting it from place to place. This way you can update all sheets in one action.
