    Default Schedule Formatting

For some reason, I am finding it impossible to format a column grand total. I am able to select the entire column and format it, but the formatting does affect the total.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Default Re: Schedule Formatting

Revit schedules aren't Excel spreadsheets. Those totals aren't part of the schedule, exactly, and any calculated values you derive in your schedule won't total correctly. For example, I have a lighting power density schedule per space. I can show the total area of all the spaces, and the total lighting load of all the spaces, but the watt/sqft calculated value only is correct for each individual space. So if I has 10 spaces, each at .9 w/sqft, the total w/sqft for the building will read as 9 when it's actually .9.
