Revit Server resetting shared coordinates

Has anyone come across the issue where we have a user saving to central and then it resets the project coordinates.
What's weird is that it continues to do that randomly, even though the person has been out of the office for over a week and it's done it 3 or 4 times. Therefore, not even in the file.

In addition:
A) I'm not sure the user knows how to reset the coordinates
B) I'm not sure the user wants to reset the coord's without telling anyone.


Is this a glitch? My file remains ok, but their file seems to cause the issue. I'll have them remake their file once they return to the office.

Any chance they used Transfer Project Standards? I've noticed that feature will screw up Shared Coordinates.
