atomic imates
Does anyone know what these are? I'm trying to clip off sections of an ipt file using either a cut (or intersect) rotation or a cut extrusion. The preview of the feature, just before I hit "OK" looks great. However, after hitting "OK" I get the following, ever so helpful, error message.
" ! Atomic iMate failed to find geometry. Use edit to reselect the geometry."
" ! Atomic iMate failed to find geometry. Use edit to reselect the geometry."
the only choices from this dialog box are "Edit" or "Cancel"
Any clues? Searching for "Atomic iMate" at the Inventor help site comes up empty.
