I have an issue with 2015 where I can't see some 2D or 3D elements unless I zoom in or out. What could be causing this? Sometimes I see it while I'm zooming then it disappears when I stop or it becomes visible till I pan or move.

Sounds like 'Level of Detail' is enabled.
