Default Fielding a DimOrd in Attribute

When I Field the measurement of a dimord within a attribute of a block it is showing as 1' 9" vs. the 95'-0" in the dimord any idea why this is occurring, and a work around?

In the Test block it works fine, but not in the DWG.

    can you attach the block?
also try Attsync or maybe even reset the block.

For anyone else reading this my work around was to stretch a line from the 0 point with the dim ord...

Then field that line instead of the dim ord
