    Default LIGHT FIXTURES UPSIDE DOWN

I've read a MILLION posts about pendant light fixtures coming in upside down. I've tried to do everything listed and it isn't working for me. The light is supposed to be a strip pendant fixture. It is drawn upside in the family - so it should be placed from RCP. It is a face based family. If I place it on the ceiling, or on the floor, or on a reference plane (drawn both L-R and R-L), the fixture is upside down. There are no arrows to mirror the family. I am at a COMPLETE loss. Why is this fixture upside down?

Eddy - Can I send the file to you without posting on forum? Worried about posting on web.
