    Default Inventor 2016

I noticed after installing 2016 inventor, all the other versions of inventor are still on this computer, 2013,2014,2015. Should I be Un-Installing these older versions?

I'm not an Inventor expert, but if it's like most other Autodesk products, they can be installed side-by-side and installing a new version does not remove older versions.

If you don't need the older versions for any reason, and decide to un-install them, it's probably a good idea to do a re-install or repair of the ones you keep. Do the repair in order, (if deleting 2013 & 2014, repair 2015, test it, then repair 2016) and you should be good to go.

From a licensing stand point, if you are on subscription then you are ok, if not then the others are supposed to be removed, IIRC.
