Default (also 2014) PDFs no longer creating bookmarks

2015 Update Release 3, also 2014, plotting to multi-page PDF (Adobe Acrobat X v10.1.14) and PDFs no longer auto create bookmarks. It has worked in the past, probably over a year ago so many things have been updated since, and it works for other users. I assume this is handled by Adobe somewhere but I can find no settings to control it.

    Anybody?

Printing PDFs with hyperlinks was added in Revit 2015 r2 as a subscription benefit. Revit did not write hyperlinks in Revit 2014 or 2015 r1 UR3. You need to upgrade to the latest version of Revit, which for 2015 is Revit 2015 r2 UR7 (if you are on subscription) or to Revit 2016 (subscription or not on subscription.) Then Revit will create hyperlinked PDFs.

Yeah, I'm not looking for the new hyperlink function. Just the old school, multi-page PDF, but have the resulting PDF include bookmarks (one each sheet). "Combine multiple selected views/sheets into a single file" works fine but the bookmarks are no longer being automatically created. I assume it's an Adobe issue but I can't find a way in Adobe to turn this back on.

Were you able to get an answer? I don't believe it is an Adobe issue. I think it is a setting within Revit or a feature missing from Revit. The architect that is sending me PDF files has the bookmarks, but most don't link to anything or it generates 1,000+ bookmarks for a 57 sheet document.
Let me know if you were able to find a solution.

    .

How can I get Revit or Adobe to NOT print bookmarks. I need to go through over 200 prints and I cant seem to find a way to print from Revit to PDF without having either Revit or Adobe creating Bookmarks automatically. UGH So please let me know if anyone has an idea on how to print to PDF without having any Bookmarks created!?

    *please see attached photo*

    Thanks in advance!

    Cheers,

    Michael
