Default Tutors, books and on-line resources for sheet metal

h e l p !!!!!. I'm needing a jump start. I'm moving from Solidworks to Inventor and have to step on the GAS Asap.

I'm needing web x, the whole shooting match so I can at least crawl faster. Can you, the community begin to recommend, best on-line resources, best books and maybe a fellow user/s who can walk me though some of this? Much of my work will be with Sheet metal. I can create most of the attached drawing but seem to get stumped when I'm ending my crimp roll on a radius and need to add a straight way run that's tangent to the radius.

I've started with a face and then cycle through 3 countour rolls and need to generate a straight run that's tangent to the last contour roll and have been getting stopped in my tracks.

    Help!!!!
