Default Materials Crosshatch Properties not consistent to View scale in 3d views

    Hello,

I have created a revit family file of a simple box and changed its material properties to have an appearance of a 3” crosshatch. In the elevations all seems to be normal and when I change the view scales, the amount of tiles/spacing remain constant.
But when I go into a 3d view the size of tiles changes relative to the view scale selected (I went through a view to test this).
How can I set a materials properties so that the appearance is constant in a 3d view as is seen in my plan views despite the scale used?

Thank you for any help with this issue.

Any chance for the surface pattern being overridden in 3d view with drafting pattern? In 3d view, select the object, right click, ‘override graphics in view’ by element, and hit reset button. If no luck, can you upload your file?

Patterns not showing correctly in 3D could also be a video card problem.
