Wires show in multiples phases or in existing and new construction
Summary: Wires drawn in Phase 1 should show in Phase 2 as existing. Existing Wires should show in New Construction Views as existing
Description: Wires should show between multiple phases and views.

Since wires are annotation, view specific...they can show in any view, any phase...but you've got to place them and the devices you intend to attach them to need to be present.
