When plotting to a PDF through sheet set manager the PDF is creating a bookmark for every sheet. is this a 2016 ACAD issue? I have never seen 2015 or previous do this.

I too use SSM for all of my projects, and never have to publish plans, as I use the Autopublish mechanism to automagically produce PDFs when I SAVE* my work.
