Course Description: Trying to get a project through planning sometimes feels like sitting your exams again! It's a dilemma for planners who need to make best use of their site but at the same time can't afford to have their project rejected. Rejection can mean loss of credibility and increased cost—unless the planner is paid by the hour. On the flip side, approving authorities need to be sure that submitted designs do not include "tricks" to make them appear more efficient. In this class, we will examine what planners can do to prepare for authority approval and where AutoCAD® tools can help. With the new audit functionalities, both planners and authorities can examine drawings closely and avoid wasting time and effort.
