    Course Description: This class will walk through the steps of how TME implemented our BIM Development Plan and how you can implement a plan for success at your firm; we will show some our lessons learned as well as some creative ideas for implementing the plan. We will show tips and tricks for success and how the involvement of the project managers plays a key role in the success of BIM implementation. We will show ways to set company standards, in-house communication, model management, model efficiency and a mentoring program for Autodesk Revit Design. The primary focus will be from an engineering firm point of view, but will work for architectural and structural firms as well.
