Question Command Line Showing Code and Not Commands or Options

I just installed a fresh, clean copy of Civil 3D 2016 and my command line looks like this.

It seems like a problem with the core AutoCAD files, but this is a fresh installation, so I don't understand how that could be.

Has anyone ever seen this problem? What can I do to get it back to just the normal Command Line?

    Thanks

Try Ctrl+9 to toggle Command Line window on/off

Cannot read the text window on the right. If that's the command line you're talking about can you copy and paste the text here or attach an image of just it?

That's an error dump from something failing, typically at load time. Did you try to upgrade an earlier version, or re-use some existing source files from an earlier version? Loading anything custom? Are there any errors in the install log which may indicate some files weren't installed?
