    Default Tool Pallets

When I try to customize tool pallets and right click, I do not have the import and export option. Is there a setting I am missing or something.

If you are using a vertical, it's not going to be there... You have to use the content browser. That's about as far as I've gotten on the MEP side of sharing TP's.

Yeah, which product are you using (and which version, just for fun)?

I am using AutoCAD Architecture 2016. It worked in 2014, but seems this was taken out in 2015 and I have yet to figure out where and how to make it work.

Have you attempted to run it as just AutoCAD? This should allow for the import / export of Tool Palettes.
If you have a technical question, please find the appropriate forum and ask it there.

Typically, there would be an shortcut link named "AutoCAD Architecture as AutoCAD 20XX" to start the appropriate version of AutoCAD installed. You would simply start it with that link.

If all of your tool palette tools are "AutoCAD" tools, the export/import process may work. My understanding is that the reason this command is disabled in ACA is that the exported file format does not support the specialized ACA tools, which should be shared via Content Browser and tool catalogs.
