Field in an Attribute not updating

Hello, I have a dynamic block that I am trying to have a field update in an attribute. I cannot seem to get it to work. Currently this field is in only one attribute in the 4'-0" Extension Plate Face... visibility (If you look at my block). It's the last 2 numbers of the text (PS-P-824) where the 24 correlates to the length of the panel and should change when stretched.

I have tried re-inserting the block into the file, w-blocking out the block and re-inserting it and attsync-ing the block.

Am I missing a step ? thanks in advance

In place of using the line object length for your field, use the actual linear parameter value from the Block Placeholder fields

Hi, thanks for the reply. I had tried that, and unless I did something else wrong, that does not work. See image:

I don't know why it doesn't work, but you found the solution.
Just try to delete the field in your attribute and insert another with "Long Panel Length" property.
Then re-insert your block.
It works for me.
