Default dimensioning to a center mark of an arc

I am curious as to how people are dimensioning to a center mark of an arc i.e. I have an arced wall and I have a radial dimension for that wall shown. I would like to show a dimension string that references that center mark of the radial dimension to another known location. it doesn't seem as though you can dimension to that dimension center point, correct me if I am wrong.

With an arc (line or wall, doesn't matter), there's an option in the properties for "Center Mark Visible". If you check that box, then you can dimension to the center mark. Note: this is not for the radius dimension, but rather the wall itself.
