Default Keep graphics override when elements are copied

Summary: When line work or other graphic element of model or detail components are overridden and then these components are copied, they lose the overrides and revert to their original line work, etc. It would be nice to have the copies retain the overridden items. Also, give the Match command the option of matching overridden qualities of source objects.

Yes I wish this was implemented from long ago. What an unnecessary thing to do when trying to copy overridden objects, and then having to go and override their display every single time. The same issue also happens when arraying those objects with graphic overrides. There has to be a better way doing this.
