Question Revit Smart Plumbing Fixture Schedule

I have been trying to create a plumbing fixture schedule in Revit for some time now. I have searched youtube and forums endlessly with no results.

I was wanting to schedule it just like an air handler, where I place my fixtures and then specify what parameters get included in the schedule. Is it possible to do this with just the pipe connectors? It seems it should be.

If not, what is the general trend on plumbing fixtures? I was always taught to use pipe connectors so architects don't see duplicate fixtures.

I am currently using revit mep 2015.

Default Re: Revit Smart Plumbing Fixture Schedule

Your pipe connector family can be classified as a plumbing fixture. Then add shared parameters to drive your fixture schedule, same as any other family.

Which part is giving you difficulty, are you new to shared parameters, or schedule building?
