Smile Any one familiar with FM Space and how it links to AUTOCAD?

I'm new to the biz and have been confronted with the FM Space. Seems to be a good management tool, but I'm getting a lot of rhetoric/sales stuff and I'm trying to sort out if there is a problem or not. Could be the ACAD 2010.

Any any thing or point me in a direction would be helpful.

FM Space? Is that a software name? If so, I've not heard of it, do you have a link?
