Scope Box Greyed Out on Plan

Anyone know why the Scope Box option is greyed out on all of my plan views?

Do the views have a View Template assigned?

They do, but I've tried setting setting the View Template to <None> and the Scope Box is still greyed out.

Can you post a quick screen shot of the view properties box?

Has anyone figured this out yet? Having a similar problem. The Scope Box option is greyed out in most views. Seems to have happened after rotating Project North.

Figured it out: The Crop Regions needed to be reset.

I'm having the same problem.
Scope Box selection is grayed out.
I tried turning Crop Region on and off to no avail.
Even worse, I apply the same Scop Box to two different Views and one rotates to Project North and one to True North

Finally got to the root of this!
The Views that I couldn't set a Scope Box to had edited (non-rectangular) Crop Regions.
I had to make the Crop Region Visible, click on it, and on the Ribbon, "Reset Crop"
Once it was a standard rectangle again, I was finally able to set it to a Scope Box.

Thanks, Dave, for posting the solution. My crops were rectangular, but somehow got messed up in the 'apply dependent views' process. Reseting the crop enabled me to apply the scope box.

Hi All,
All those info is very helpful, but I am facing this issue in a different way, for me in existing floor plan views the scope box option is Grayed out, where as I am able to add it ceiling plans and other existing views.

Please help me out, thanks in advance.
