Autocad command line missing in acad 2015

[T-bot]

My command line is complete off the screen.
I tried :
goto CUI
Select the current workspace
Expand “Palettes”
Select “Command Line”
Then under the “Properties” click the flyout next to “Orientation” and select floating.
But still no luck.
it still hiding off the bottom of the screen, I can see came up as soon as I type in a command
it will show up from bottom of the screen when I press F2 key.

does anyone has an idea?

Instead of "floating", select "bottom" and set "allow docking" to true.
