Default How to change parametres what are locked from the template in Revit

Dear partners, I am working with the Family Editor of Revit 2015. I want to change some parameters names what are locked from the template I use to create my own family. For instance, in the template to create a window, appears "Anchura" (in Spanish) and I want to change it into "Ancho", and so.

The parameter does not give me the option of change the name, or change between a Type or an Instance parameter. Can anybody help me? Thank you all in advance!

If the parameters are the ones shipped with the family template then you are stuck with whatever they say. Those are hard coded from Autodesk. The workaround would be create your own shared parameters and abandon the out of the box ones.
