Default Navisworks Timeliner Simulation export issues

    Hi,

This is my first post to the Augi forums.. and let me tell you that most of the tricks I know in Revit or Navisworks.. I learned through reading the posts in these kind of forums... So Thanks and continue sharing...

I am having an issue with my current assignment in office. I have created a simulation in Navisworks with attached animations. I am exporting this timeliner simulation as JPEGs keeping renderer as Viewport. size is 1920 x 1080 , FPS - 30 Anti-alaising -8x

As I understand the individual image export and series of images exported through timeliner should have the same result as the settings under exporter dialogbox are the same... i.e. renderer... Format... size and FPS etc..

My issue is when I export an image independently, It will have sky and horizon and ground as it should be. But the images from timeliner simulation export have the background as Black. Hence my video is having background as Black.
I am attaching with this post the results that I am talking about.

can someone guide me on why this is happening...

    Thanks in advance...

I am having the exact same issue in Navisworks 2016. The exported rendered single image is correct but the sky is tinted dark gray/black in my animation export.

Someone else in my office opened the same .NWF file and tried exporting the animation and it looked correct so I'm guessing it's a setting on my end? Hoping someone knows the fix....

    Thanks for replying.

I have tried the same thing.. I have tried opening the file in a different machine with exact same settings as mine in navisworks.
The File and animation export worked correctly with proper sky and horizon..

I don't think it is in settings.
