Default Show ceiling grid in plan view

Summary: I'd like to show the ceiling grid in plan view so pipe crossing and up/downs appear correctly.

Description: We like to show the ceiling grid along with any other ceiling components(lights, diffusers, speakers, etc) on our sprinkler plans. Since the ceiling plans are looking up at the ceiling, all of our up/down symbols are backwards and the pipe crossings show the wrong pipe on top. It would be nice to be able to show the ceiling grid in a plan view to avoid these issues(even if it's an underlay).

josha, I think this functionality already exists ... read through the view properties description for the "Underlay".

we typically create ceiling grid plans, showing the ceiling grid only and turning off all other model information, and place them on top of our floor plans on the plot sheets.

This has bin added in 2017 but it's one of the many things that don't work on linked files. So they should fix that.
